NetPulse provides advanced lead generation services that connect businesses with qualified prospects through social network integration and targeted advertising campaigns. Our platform identifies leads with confirmed budgets ranging from $40-$60+ depending on advertising channels used.

3. Qualification Process

Access to NetPulse services requires qualification through our sales team. Not all applicants will be approved for our platform. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion based on business compatibility, budget requirements, and other factors.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads provided through our platform meet our quality standards, including:

• Confirmed budget within the specified range for your advertising channel
• Genuine interest in your products or services
• Valid contact information
• Compliance with applicable data protection regulations

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with rates varying by plan and advertising channel. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided in our refund policy.

6. Social Network Integration

By using our social network integration features, you grant NetPulse permission to access and use your connected social media accounts for lead generation and engagement purposes. You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service.

7. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of leads generated through our platform. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use NetPulse services for:

• Illegal activities or purposes
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Violation of any third-party rights
• Circumventing our qualification or pricing systems

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the NetPulse platform are owned by NetPulse and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

NetPulse's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. NetPulse may terminate immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be discontinued.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seminole, Texas.
